Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

£80,000 – £100,000 + Package (CIS / Ltd / PAYE) + Benefits/Package
A leading and rapidly growing MEP contractor is looking to appoint a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to support a strong pipeline of secured work across London. This is a key hire within the commercial team, suited to someone who is confident running multiple projects, commercially sharp, and comfortable being a strong presence on site.

The Role
- Commercial management of multiple M&E projects from pre-construction through to final account
- Cost planning, procurement, and package buyout
- Subcontractor management, valuations, variations, and payments
- Preparation and agreement of final accounts
- Contract administration (JCT preferred)
- Regular reporting and forecasting across projects
- Working closely with project teams and senior management
- Acting as a visible and proactive commercial presence on site
- Supporting and mentoring junior QS / commercial staff
Experience Required
- Proven background as a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor
- Experience delivering mixed-use, commercial and residential projects
- Track record managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of MEP packages (Mechanical & Electrical)
- Experience with subcontract procurement and commercial control
- Strong understanding of JCT contracts
- Confident communicator, capable of leading commercially on projects
- Comfortable mentoring and developing junior team members
