About the RoleWe are a manufacturing company based in Bicester looking to recruit a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / Manufacturing Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, combining warehouse duties with basic manufacturing and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of parts
• Carry out picking, packing, and general warehouse duties
• Support with goods-in and goods-out processes
• Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping
• Ensure products are handled and processed accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets

About You

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills for simple admin tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
