Refrigeration Installation Engineer
Location: Westbury
Salary: £31,000 – £33,400 DOE (OTE up to £37,500 with overtime)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (0.5-hour unpaid break – 40 hours per week)
We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Installation Engineer to join a growing technical team within an award-winning commercial vehicle environment.

The Role
As a Refrigeration Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality installations, inspections, and preventative maintenance on vehicle refrigeration systems.
You will work as part of a skilled technical team, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities Refrigeration Installation Engineer:
- Carry out refrigeration installations on commercial vehicles
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain workshop cleanliness, including oil spill and dust control
- Work with repair teams to diagnose faults and plan repairs
- Ensure all work meets safety and performance standards
- Support smooth workflow across the technical department
Skills & experience required
- Proven experience as a Refrigeration Installation Engineer
- F-Gas Category 1 qualification (City & Guilds 2079-11)
- Knowledge of ODS Regulations and handling fluorinated gases
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines effectively
- Resilient, motivated, and a strong team player
- Excellent time management skills
