About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Registered Manager to lead a well-established, medium-sized residential care service in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and driving continuous improvement.The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a dedicated team to provide outstanding care and support to residents.

Key Responsibilities• Oversee the day-to-day running of the residential service• Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices• Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary staff team• Promote a positive, person-centred culture within the service• Manage budgets and resources effectively• Maintain high standards of care, safety, and wellbeing for all residents• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, professionals, and external stakeholders• Take responsibility for safeguarding and ensure appropriate procedures are followed• Prepare for and manage inspections, ensuring the service is always audit-ready• Drive continuous improvement and implement service development plans

Requirements• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential setting• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and inspection processes (e.g. CQC)• Proven leadership and team management skills• Excellent organisational and communication abilities• A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care• Ability to manage change and drive service improvements
