* Provide design deliverables that satisfy safety and quality requirements.* Identify efficient design solutions from scopes and site visits and communicate these to client and project team* Direct and develop CAD technicians and more junior designers and graduates.* Prepare design risk assessments, reports and specifications.* Design in compliance with relevant technical, professional and water company standards.* Ensure project change for design package is fully implemented and recorded.* Undertake work using formal processes and procedures.* Estimate hours required for design packages* Attend and present designs at HAZOP, ALM, KM meetings and similar
