Sales Account Manager Salary:35k-50k Location: Halesowen (primarily office-based with UK travel) Type: Full-time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Account Manager to join a growing and dynamic organisation within the engineering sector. This role offers a blend of office-based account management and field sales, providing the chance to build strong customer relationships while driving new business across the UK. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to ambitious growth plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships
- Handle enquiries, quotations, and order coordination
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Generate new business through calls, meetings, and networking
- Attend customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
- Maintain CRM records and support sales reporting
About You:
- Proven B2B sales or account management experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts
- Full UK driving licence
- CRM and Microsoft 365 experience (HubSpot/Business Central beneficial)
Desirable:
- Engineering knowledge
