A reputable and long-standing manufacturing business in Mildenhall is expanding its workshop team and seeking an experienced Machine Operator. This role plays a key part in producing high-quality components within a busy production environment. Well suited to someone with previous milling or machining experience, this position offers the chance to develop within a structured and supportive manufacturing setting
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous milling experience isn’t essential but desirable
- Comfortable working with machinery in a manufacturing environment

- Willingness to learn and develop skills further
Machine Operative Nights Duties Include:
- Operating milling and production machinery
- Carrying out machine start-up and shut-down procedures
- Monitoring quality and reporting any issues
- Assisting with tooling changes and machine adjustments
- Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production deadlines
