Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Electrical Bias
Burnley, Lancashire £59,350 + Overtime (1.5x) 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days & Nights) | Every Other Weekend Off
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will play a key role in maintaining and improving production equipment to ensure maximum reliability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across site equipment
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and basic control faults
Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Work closely with the Engineering Team Leader to minimise downtime
Requirements
Apprentice trained or Level 3 qualification in Engineering
Multi-skilled with a strong electrical bias
Experience in FMCG, food, beverage, or similar manufacturing environments desirable
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Experience with processing equipment (pumps, conveyors, pipework, silos) advantageous
