  • Developandmanagesalesplansforproductsandchannels,collaboratingwithsales,e-commerce,andmarketingteams
  • Planandoptimiseinventory,coordinatepurchasing,andmanagestockforcampaignsandseasonalproducts
  • Overseeproductlifecyclefromlaunchtodiscontinuation
  • Alignstockandsalesforecastsacrossstores,online,andexternalretailers
  • Preparemonthlyreportsonsales,inventory,andpurchasing,andidentifyimprovementopportunities
  • Supportprofitabilityanalysis,budgeting,andKPImonitoring
  • LeadanddevelopthePlanner,collaboratingwithinternalstakeholders

JapaneseSpeakingDemandPlanningManager-Requirements:

  • Previousexperienceinsalesandpurchaseplanning(consumergoodspreferred)
  • StrongExcelskillandfamiliarWithMicrosoftOfficeSuite
  • Analytical,detail-oriented,andproblem-solvingmindset
  • Japaneselanguageskillswillbehighlyplus(needtocontactwithJapanHQ)
