Office Assistant 6-Month Contract London 35,000 per annum pro rata A boutique private equity firm are seeking a highly organised and personable Office Assistant to support their team during a busy fundraising period. This is a 6-month contract role with potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting investors and guests in a professional manner
  • Preparing and serving refreshments and ordering lunches
  • Managing meeting room setups
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Ensuring the office is presentable and running smoothly day-to-day

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office environment, ideally within financial services is essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and reliability
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
