Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting investors and guests in a professional manner
- Preparing and serving refreshments and ordering lunches
- Managing meeting room setups
- Providing general administrative support
- Ensuring the office is presentable and running smoothly day-to-day
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office environment, ideally within financial services is essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and reliability
- Proactive, can-do attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
