Contracts Manager (HVAC)

I’m currently representing an M&E company based in Gloucestershire searching for a Mechanical Contracts Manager.

Ideal candidate would have experience in:

• HVAC/Gas/Plumbing
• Procurement of materials and subcontractor packages/labour resources
• Project management of installation contracts (handoff to agreement of accounts)
• Risk assessments and H&S procedures
• SMSTS/NVQ level 7/ Black or Gold CSCS required
• Competent in CAD ideal but not required
