HR Advisor – Manchester- 12 month FTC

We’re recruiting for a North West based education provider is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team.    This is an exciting role within a great organisation who pride themselves on their culture and the way they look after their staff.

This is a hybrid role- salary to £35,000, over a 12 month fixed term contract 

Key duties for this role include, but are not limited to- 

• Management of end-to-end ER casework
• Supporting line managers throughout relevant processes
• Performance Management, AWOL, disciplinaries and grievances oversight
• Support as required with restructuring, redeployment, redundancy and TUPE
• Accurate HR record keeping

The ideal candidate for this role:

• CIPD Qualified or working towards
• has three years complex ER case management experience
• can work autonomously 
• is an excellent communicator
• can multi-task with a great eye for detail
