Awell-established RC Frame and Groundworks subcontractoris looking for anEstimatorto join their team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone withat least 2 years’ experienceestimating RC frame or groundworks packages, and who is confident withtake-offs and bill preparation.

The RoleYou will:

• Preparetender estimatesfor RC frame and groundworks projects
• Completetake-offs from drawingsand preparebills of quantitiesaccurately and efficiently
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and methodologies to producecompetitive, buildable bids
• Engage withsubcontractors, suppliers, and internal teamsto gather pricing and input
• Supportpreconstruction and commercial teamswith cost breakdowns, risk assessments, and tender reporting
• Ensure estimates areaccurate, consistent, and compliantwith client and company requirements

The Ideal CandidateYou will:

• Haveat least 2 years’ experienceestimatingRC frame and/or groundworks projects
• Be confident intake-offs, bills preparation, and cost analysis
• Be commercially aware and able to identify risks and opportunities in project scopes
• Have excellentnumerical, analytical, and organisational skills
• Be proficient inMicrosoft Exceland other estimating tools
• Be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced tendering environment
