About the Role
As a Contracts Client Service Co-ordinator, you’ll support the customer journey from order to plot completion. You’ll work closely with site teams and internal departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally * Confirm delivery dates and stock availability * Liaise with site agents, surveyors, buyers, and internal teams * Ensure accurate stock allocation for planned plots * Keep clear, detailed customer notes * Build strong customer relationships
