Warehouse Operative – Witham 12.21 per hour (rising to 12.71p/h from 01/04) Ongoing temporary role

Prime Appointments is seeking a friendly and reliable Warehouse Operative to join a busy team in Witham. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent, full-time hours in a supportive working environment – with the added bonus of an early finish every Friday!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Accurately picking and packing customer orders
• Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch
• Checking items to ensure they meet quality standards
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised
• Assisting with container unloading (heavy lifting involved)
• Working collaboratively with the team to meet daily targets

Who We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse or packing experience is beneficial, but not essential
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the day
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude

Pay & Benefits:

• 12.21 per hour, increasing to 12.71 from 1st April
• Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30 (early finish on Fridays!)
• Temporary position with weekly pay
• Free on-site parking
