Ourclientisahugelysuccessfulglobalorganization specialising in CRM software solutions to the SME marketplace. TheyarenowseekinganexperiencedSalesEnablement Training Specialist fora12monthcontract. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week at their prestigious UK headquarters in central London.

  • 5+yearsexperienceinSalesEnablement and sales training roles.
  • Strongcommunicationskillsbothwhentrainingsellersorworkingwith stakeholders.
  • Abilitytomotivateandguideotherstoact.
  • Docebo,coachingandcallevaluationsystems(GSET),Slack orAmazonConnect.
  • ExperienceinSaaSSalesespeciallyCRMandMarketing solutions.
  • ExperienceworkingwithvariousAItools would prove useful.

Duties

  • TheSalesEnablementSpecialistwillplayakeyroleinensuringtheir sales teamsareequippedwiththetraining,skills,andtoolstheyneedto besuccessful.
  • Onboardingnewhires
  • Deliveringongoinglearning thatdrivesperformanceimprovement.
  • Review sales calls to identify coaching opportunities and skill gaps.
  • Oversee Product Knowledge and Continuous Learning to the sales teams.
