Production Operative Pay £12.21 per hour uplift to £12.71 as of 1st of April Temp to Perm role based in Barnstaple Shift: Monday to Friday 6.00 am to 2.00 pm or Monday to Thursday 1.55 pm to 11.55 pm About our Client : Well-established company based in Barnstaple, making a wide range of corrugated cardboard packaging. What is the role of a Production Operative? You will be loading the machine with cardboard to go through the process in a fast-paced environment. What are the responsibilities of a Production Operative?
- Loading up the machine
- Carrying out scheduled maintenance
- Checking that the process is going well
- Following the process compliant with H&S rules
What are the qualifications and experience required for a Production Operative?
- Experience in a factory environment
- Fast paced
- Flexibility is essential
- Attention to detail
