Duties:
- Complete all service and maintenance work within manufacturer timeframes, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Conduct comprehensive diagnosis and repairs of HGV malfunctions
- Support colleagues with technical issues and innovations
- Document diagnosis, repairs, safety inspections, and service activities accurately
- Promote the company’s professional image and customer satisfaction
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Fully qualified HGV Technician with NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
- Practical post-qualification experience highly desirable
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to diagnose complex faults
- A committed team player with high-quality work standards
- Ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop environment
- Motivated to achieve targets and contribute to team success
- Driving licence considered advantageous but not essential
