Care Worker – Belfast (Flexible / Agency Work)
Everest Recruitment and Services Ltd is currently recruiting health and social care Workers to support a range of care services across Belfast and surrounding areas in Northern Ireland.
This role involves working within supported living, care homes, and community-based settings, providing person-centred support to individuals with varying needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting individuals with daily living activities
Assisting with personal care where required
Promoting independence and wellbeing
Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
Working as part of a care team to deliver safe and effective support
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in a care or support role preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and compassionate approach
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Working Arrangements:
Flexible shifts (day, night, and weekend work available)
Full-time and part-time opportunities
Temporary and ongoing assignments
Additional Information:
This role is offered on an agency basis, with onboarding and compliance checks required prior to placement. Assignments are expected to begin from May 2026.(No overseas application).
