• Support technical coordination across multiple sites
• Manage consultants, drawings, approvals, and programme deadlines
• Assist with site inspections, meetings, and technical queries
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

What They’re Looking For

• Degree in construction-related discipline
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to meet deadlines
• Understanding of construction methods and Building Regulations
• Desirable: Auto CAD/Revit, residential experience, NHBC knowledge
