Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities:
- Manage behaviour in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment
- Supervise the completion of work set by the subject lead
- Safeguarding of students
The ideal candidate
- Previous experience working in a school setting or similar experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour.
