What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting children in lessons (sometimes 1:1, sometimes in small groups)
• Helping pupils stay focused, engaged and confident
• Working alongside the teacher to keep the classroom running smoothly
• Being a positive, reliable presence for the children

• Someone who is patient, approachable and proactive
• Comfortable working with children of different abilities
• Experience with children is great (school-based or not)
• A team player who can get stuck in
• DBS on the update service (or happy to get one)
