Overview
The Head of Digital Transformation leads Caterham’s digital evolution, working closely with the Deputy Head (Innovation & Futures) to ensure the school remains a genuinely innovative institution; one where digital skills and thinking are embedded in the curriculum, the culture, and the classroom.
The role combines strategic leadership of the School’s digital direction with a significant commitment to teaching EDGE. Through Sphinx AI, the School’s EdTech subsidiary, the Head of Digital Transformation also provides product and strategic leadership for a growing portfolio of AI-powered educational tools.
