Real Estate Investment Professional (Equity)

We’re looking for a Real estate Investment professional to join a dynamic and growing investment team focused on European markets (including the UK). The fund is Sovereign backed, and therefore looks to deploy capital across a variety of sectors and structures.

This role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, with responsibilities spanning both asset management and new acquisitions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and monitoring performance of a diversified real estate portfolio alongside external partners
• Driving value creation initiatives through business plan analysis, budgeting, and strategic input
• Evaluating new investment opportunities, including financial modelling, market analysis, and due diligence
• Supporting transaction execution, from underwriting through to completion
• Preparing investment materials and presenting to internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with internal teams and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in real estate investment, asset management, or transactions
• Solid understanding of European real estate markets and value drivers
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to think critically and challenge assumptions
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
• Collaborative, driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Further qualifications or professional certifications are a plus
