Job Title: Head of Management Accounts & FP&A
Location: London – Hybrid Working / Support Office near Oxford Circus (2–3 days per week)
Salary: To be discussed
Fixed Term: Maternity Cover – 14 months

We’re on the lookout for a Head of Management Accounts & FP&A! Are you a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys turning data into insight and helping shape business decisions? We’re looking for someone to lead our Group financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring the business has clear, timely and meaningful financial insight to support growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the finance leadership team, working closely with the CFO, Financial Controller and wider business to deliver accurate reporting, drive financial performance, and support strategic decision-making across the Group. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the Group monthly reporting process, delivering timely and insightful management accounts and finance packs
- Own the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, consolidating divisional forecasts into a full Group view
- Work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team to support financial planning, strategy and investor reporting
- Manage and develop a team of Management Accountants and Analysts, providing clear direction and coaching
- Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across the business
- Oversee central cost reporting, identifying opportunities for efficiencies and cost control
- Support the Financial Controller with the year-end process and annual audit
- Deliver accurate cashflow forecasting and balance sheet reporting across the Group
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and work with leadership to manage them effectively
- Act as a trusted finance partner across the business, supporting stakeholders with clear and actionable financial insight
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident finance leader who combines technical expertise with strong commercial thinking.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar FP&A or finance leadership role
- Experience working in a multi-site or hospitality / retail environment
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to develop and coach teams
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business decisions
- Proactive, hands-on and comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done
