Experienced SAP Recruitment Consultant (perm)

Overview

We are looking for an Experienced SAP Recruitment Consultant (Perm) to join our growing team. In this role you will manage a full 360° permanent recruitment desk, placing SAP professionals into roles across Germany. This is an office-based role in Twickenham, Monday to Friday. German language skills are not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Run full 360° permanent recruitment for SAP roles in the German market.
• Source and headhunt SAP professionals.
• Build lasting relationships with candidates and German-based clients.
• Manage multiple vacancies while delivering an excellent experience throughout.
• Support business development and contribute to growing our client base.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ SAP recruitment experience, focused on permanent placements.
• Strong sourcing skills and an established SAP candidate network.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-driven and able to manage a busy desk independently.

A Strong Plus

• Experience recruiting for the German market, knowledge of German hiring practices and the SAP landscape in Germany is a real advantage.
