As Head of Maths, you will lead a committed team of specialist teachers, maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment throughout the department. The successful Head of Maths will play a key strategic role within the wider leadership structure of the school, promoting a culture of ambition, resilience, and achievement.
Our ideal Head of Maths will:
- Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record at secondary level
- Have experience of raising attainment at GCSE and/or A Level
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organisational, and data-analysis skills
