We are working with a Private Education organisation with multiple sites over the UK. They are looking to appoint a 2nd Line Desktop Engineer whose duties include providing remote support while being involved in various infrastructure projects.

You will also be given a great opportunity to develop your technical skills and grow in a dynamic, successful company.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support while being involved in various infrastructure projects for a Private Education organisation with multiple sites across the UK.
• Deliver 2nd Line Deskside Support

Requirements

• Microsoft Stack – Windows Server, M365, Intune
• 2nd Line Deskside Support
• Basic networking skills – DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
• Hardware Support
