Marketing Communications Manager (FTC) – Cirencester/Bicester – Global Company
We are currently recruiting for a global construction manufacturer who employ over 6,000 people, turnover around £6 billion globally and are known for their quality and innovation. This is a senior position in the business for a Marketing Communications Manager on a 14-month maternity contract. The role is essential for designing and delivering marketing communications across all of their brands and leading a team of two people. The role is based around the Cirencester/Bicester area with 1 day a week working from home.
Role
You will be responsible for;
- Manage the performance of the team
- Responsible for on and offline demand generation, lead nurturing and conversion
- Roll out group marketing initiatives, guidelines and frameworks
- Develop effective working relationships with sales teams and other stakeholders
- Implement country marketing strategy to the business requirements and develop best in class go-to-market toolkits
- Manage the communications around product launches
- Marketing campaign design and implementation
Candidate
The ideal candidate will;
- Experience in marketing communications at a senior level
- Background managing digital marketing platforms and commercial tools including Hubspot, SAP, CRM, PIM and CMS systems
- Ideally people management experience
- Experience is marketing lead generation
- Full budget and P&L management
- Digital customer experience
- Change management communication experience
Package
- Basic Salary: up to £60,000
- Bonus 15%
