Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical / Project Engineer responsible for electrical design and management of product development projects.
• Manage projects from initial customer meetings through the electrical design process, manufacturing, project completion and final delivery to customers.
• Create bespoke electrical designs using SolidWorks Electrical, and generate/update BOMs and other design and manufacturing documentation as required.
• Collaborate with other designers and departments to clarify specifications and translate technical requirements into structured modular designs.
• Lead the project lifecycle with key stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, within budget and on cost.
• Develop accurate electrical designs within specified timelines, ensuring compliance with company standards and relevant market standards (e.g., EN standards).
• Provide technical support to sales, internal teams and customers with electrical questions and project status updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an HNC or higher in a relevant electrical subject.
• Experience with Electrical design software.
• Skills: Electrical Engineering, Electrical Design, Electrical Systems, CAD, SolidWorks, Schematics, Projects, Project Management.
