Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services systems from concept through to completion.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports ensuring all work meets project and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including electrical engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and attend design and progress meetings.
• Manage and coordinate junior team members, providing guidance and technical support.
• Contribute to sustainable design practices, integrating energy‑efficient and environmentally responsible solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree‑qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered or working towards chartership with CIBSE or IMechE.
• Experience within building services design, ideally across multiple sectors.
• Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and IES.
