We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join FocusMed24 and take ownership of a major client account alongside a warm, established desk.
This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who knows how to manage relationships, deliver consistently, and maximise opportunity from day one.
The Role:
- Managing a large, high-value client
- Working a warm book with immediate billing potential
- Operating within a niche area of the construction market
- Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
- Delivering high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment
- Actively source and qualify candidates
- Manage client needs and expectations
- Maintain strong relationships across the market
- Continuously improve recruitment efficiency
- Match candidates effectively to client requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2+ years recruitment experience
- Experience within construction or a similar technical market is a bonus
- Strong commercial awareness and drive
- Ability to manage and grow key accounts
- Quota/goal-oriented mindset
- Able to meet strict deadlines
