Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

Salary: Up to £80,000

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to lead the delivery of high-quality Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, analyse business processes, design effective solutions, and drive successful end-to-end system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable, future-proof solutions.
• Design, configure, and customise Dynamics 365 applications to meet client needs.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, solution architecture, and platform capabilities.
• Manage product backlogs, create user stories, and produce functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and adherence to project governance.
• Build strong, trusted client relationships and mentor junior consultants.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with PowerApps and Power Automate (Flows).
• Demonstrated leadership across large-scale or complex projects.
• Excellent business process mapping and requirements-gathering capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
