Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Executive. The role is based in Northamptonshire, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, conducting market research, and offering tailored recycling solutions to commercial and local authority customers. The successful candidate will meet sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and represent the brand professionally in the marketplace.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, with skills in client prospecting, account management, and lead generation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sustainability, waste management, or recycling industry practices is an advantage
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and ensure target achievement
- Competency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Current valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel within the UK
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
