Job Summary
Position title: Shift Manager
Reports to: Store Manager
Key Responsibilities
- DCWF: Ensure DCWF is executed to the highest standards by following the set structure, observing operational gaps based on store traffic, delegating tasks, and following up with corrective and acknowledging feedback.
- Cleanliness & Standards: Oversee, delegate, and follow up on checklists in the task-monitoring system to ensure adherence with our food & bar safety principles (Pink Standard). Responsible for honest documentation and reporting any malfunctions or issues.
- Juicer Training: Carry out planned Juicer training following the global mantra: “Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation” to develop skilled and engaged team members.
- Guest Experience: Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle in-store guest feedback professionally.
- Financial Accountability: Monitor and optimize sales performance during shifts by communicating and following up on daily commercial targets. Include deliveries, reporting, and supervising general activities.
Key Performance Indicators
- Operational Requirements: Task-monitoring checklists completion rate
- Guest Experience: Guest feedback ratings (Myli score, App ratings)
- Store Performance: Daily commercial targets, waste registration, employee meal type-ins, delivery reporting
