The Opportunity
This role provides a hands-on introduction to business development, customer engagement, and campaign delivery.
Successful candidates will gain experience working on live campaigns, interacting directly with customers, and developing the communication and commercial skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced business environment.
You will receive structured training and ongoing mentorship, with clear progression opportunities into team leadership and management roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands through direct customer engagement
- Support the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns across Glasgow
- Build relationships with customers and contribute to client acquisition
- Develop communication and business development skills through practical experience
- Work alongside team leaders to understand campaign performance and strategy
- Contribute to team targets and overall business growth
Candidate Profile
