Overview
We’re looking for a CRM Manager to help us build Tallow + Ash into one of the most exciting modern brands in the UK and change the laundry aisle for good. You’ll work closely with the founders and wider team to help shape how we speak to our customers across email and other retention channels, making sure every touchpoint feels thoughtful, well timed and true to the brand. This is a fast paced, collaborative role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who loves combining creativity, customer understanding and performance. As we grow, you’ll play a big role in strengthening customer relationships and building a retention journey that feels exciting, personal and genuinely valuable.
Key Responsibilities
- Building strong customer relationships
- Own our customer communication across email and retention channels
- Create thoughtful, well timed campaigns that people genuinely enjoy receiving
- Help make sure customers feel looked after from their first order onwards
- Improving the customer journey
- Manage and improve key customer journeys across the full lifecycle
- Look for ways to make each touchpoint more relevant, useful and engaging
- Help create a stronger retention experience that supports repeat purchase and loyalty
- Bringing campaigns to life
- Work closely with the wider team on launches, campaigns and key trading moments
- Make sure customer communications feel consistent with the brand and support wider business goals
- Help bring campaigns to life in a way that feels joined up, exciting and well executed
- Using insight to keep improving
- Track performance across campaigns and flows to understand what is working and what can be improved
- Use data and insight to refine strategy and improve results over time
- Help the wider team better understand customer behaviour and retention opportunities
The Brand
Tallow + Ash is a modern UK brand reimagining laundry with a blend of luxury and sustainability. Founded in June 2023, we create non-toxic, biodegradable, and vegan laundry products that deliver designer-level fragrance without compromising on skin safety or environmental impact. Developed by UK chemists and master perfumers, the range includes laundry shampoos, conditioners, fabric sprays, and stain removers, all free from dyes, phosphates, and microplastics. The mission is to transform laundry from a chore into a ritual, offering products that are both effective and aesthetically pleasing.
