This is an exciting role ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Warwick Castle Lodges, Glamping and Hotel operations, delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will lead day-to-day shift operations, acting as a key hospitality leader and communicating effectively across all hotel departments to keep everything running seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day shift operations, acting as a key hospitality leader and communicating effectively across all hotel departments to keep everything running seamlessly.
- Ensure the reception team upholds the vision of the Accommodation Team and maintain a harmonious crossover between the different shifts during the day and night.
- Handle guest problems, complaints, or compliments, passing on relevant information to the department contact and develop a thorough knowledge of Warwick Castle, employees, services and hours of operation, plus be fully aware of any promotions connected to the Castle.
- Working hours: full-time, seasonal fixed-term position covering AM (7am-3pm) and PM (3pm-11pm), including weekends and bank holidays.
