Quantity Surveyor
Start Date: April 2026
Location: North West (Hybrid – 3 days on site)
Term: 12 months
We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a major electricity network upgrade programme across the North West..
You’ll work closely with site and project teams to ensure strong commercial control throughout the project lifecycle, from early procurement through to final account.
Key duties:
- Commercial management of multiple infrastructure work packages
- Administration of NEC4 contracts
- Cost reporting, forecasting, and value engineering
- Subcontractor procurement, valuations, and final accounts
- Supporting delivery teams across live construction environments
- Contributing to risk and opportunity management
Requirements:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure, utilities, energy or nuclear environments
- Working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Comfortable operating in site-based, live project settings
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable:
- Experience within T&D, power, substations or nuclear projects
- Background working with Tier 1 contractors or major frameworks
