£45,000 – £55,000 | Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm 25 days holiday + healthcare cash plan + strong pension I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Services Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business in a key leadership role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded professional who thrives on improving processes, leading teams and ensuring operations run smoothly across purchasing, planning and supply chain. The Role – Commercial Services Manager As Commercial Services Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing purchasing, production planning, internal sales and transport functions, ensuring the business operates efficiently while delivering excellent service to customers. Key responsibilities include:
Managing purchasing and planning functions to support business objectivesOverseeing stock control, warehousing and inventory levelsEnsuring materials and products are available to meet customer demandLeading internal sales and transport teamsManaging supplier relationships, negotiations and performanceDeveloping and improving forecasting and planning systemsDriving continuous improvement across systems and processesSupporting quality standards and ensuring compliance across the functionEnsuring adherence to Health & Safety and environmental proceduresCollaborating with other departments to improve overall operational performance This is a broad, hands-on leadership role where you’ll have real influence across the business.
