You will be a central voice in the future of Maver UK, working closely with European leadership and contributing directly to strategic growth initiatives across the group.What You Will LeadNational Sales Leadership: Develop, inspire, and empower a distributed team across the UK.Strategic Commercial Planning: Own budgeting, forecasting, P&L oversight, and margin optimisation.Market & Category Growth: Identify opportunities across match, coarse, carp, and specialist angling sectors.Retailer Excellence: Strengthen partnerships with key accounts, distributors, and major chains.Cross-Functional Influence: Work with product development, marketing, and operations to drive aligned, insight-led decisions.Brand Representation: Be the face of Maver UK at major trade fairs, dealer events, and industry platforms.Who You AreYou are a senior commercial leader with the gravitas, strategic vision, and operational discipline to elevate a premium brand.
