A leading global investment management firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Office of COO Regulatory and Strategic Initiatives team in London, Canary Wharf.

  • Opportunity to work with a globally recognised investment management firm
  • Hybrid working model with three days per week in the London office
  • 12-month contract with potential for extension

What you’ll do:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Office of COO Regulatory and Strategic Initiatives team with the execution of relevant projects. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, managing day-to-day execution, facilitating meetings and workshops, and maintaining comprehensive records. You will also be tasked with tracking action items and monitoring progress while liaising effectively with stakeholders. This role requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Develop project plans and deliver projects to a high standard and within budget
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops, preparing documentation as required
  • Prepare materials, reports, presentations, research and other documents as needed
  • Track action items, monitor progress and follow-up with stakeholders
  • Maintain good records including up-to-date project plan, working group and SteerCo materials and notes

You should have proven business management skills, demonstrating persistence, determination, and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, along with strong teamwork abilities.   • Solid experience with project management and execution in a financial services setting
