Production Account Manager (Hybrid)
£45,000 – £50,000 basic + bonus + pension + travel
Our client is a specialist LED lighting manufacturer with a history supplying bespoke, technically advanced lighting solutions to major clients in the UK and internationally, operating in niche markets where customised, engineered lighting solutions are essential.
Responsibilities
- Support the operational, technical, and client‑facing functions of the business.
- Maintain existing business, manage projects, and ensure the smooth delivery of bespoke lighting solutions.
- Work across supply chain, product development, and client account management, linking customers and overseas manufacturing partners.
Qualifications
- At least three years’ experience in the LED lighting industry with a strong technical understanding of LED products and components.
- Background in product management, supply chain, or project management.
- Confident communicator capable of building trust with clients and suppliers.
- Highly organised, detail‑driven, and comfortable working in a small, flexible team.
You will be part of a business that is small enough to be agile, but trusted by major organisations because of their technical capability and reliability. You will have real ownership, variety in your day‑to‑day work, and the chance to shape bespoke products used across the world.
Location: Hampshire office, 1‑2 days per week. Annual overseas trip
