We are seeking a Supply Chain manager, internally known as Site Supply Chain Lead, to manage the day‑to‑day planning and buying operations at our Tewkesbury site. This is a critical leadership role with responsibility for material flow, demand and supply plan integrity, inventory performance, and on‑time delivery to internal and external customers. Reporting to the Materials Manager, you will lead an integrated team of approximately 12 planners and planner/buyers, driving execution discipline, supplier performance, and robust ERP/MRP governance. This role is pivotal to protecting delivery performance and controlling material risk within a complex aerospace manufacturing environment.
