Counterbalance Forklift Driver

We are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives with a valid Counterbalance (CB) / MHE licence to join a busy warehouse operation in Northampton. This role involves operating machinery as well as supporting general warehouse duties, including manual handling and heavy lifting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance (CB) forklift trucks safely and efficiently
• Carry out general warehouse duties as required
• Load and unload goods from vehicles
• Move and store stock within the warehouse
• Assist with picking, packing, and dispatch activities
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid and accredited MHE/Counterbalance licence (e.g., RTITB or ITSSAR)
• Proven experience operating CB/MHE equipment
• Willingness to perform a variety of warehouse tasks
• Ability to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting
• Strong work ethic and reliability
