About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join a growing team in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 6 months’ experience in a similar role who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Preparing and managing legal documents, correspondence, and contracts
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
- Conducting searches and handling post-completion matters
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a residential conveyancing or similar legal support role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
