Mechanical Project Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of mechanical services across a range of commercial and residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join a growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality building services solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical projects from initial planning through to completion
• Oversee installation of HVAC, plumbing, and associated mechanical systems
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Prepare and manage project programmes, budgets, and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings
• Manage procurement of materials and subcontractor packages

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within commercial and/or residential sectors
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building services systems
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (preferred)
• Familiarity with industry regulations and health & safety standards
