We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual with Fleet and Motor Industry experience to join our Corporate Team as a Customer Service / Fleet Operations Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and building strong, lasting relationships with customers and partners.
Fleet Operations Coordinator-Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with FN50 Lease Company partners, delivering a consistently high level of customer service
- Manage day-to-day operations including Delivery Offering, Delivery Booking, CSI, Delivery Reconciliation, and Customer Demonstration Requests
- Support the Fleet Operations Manager in producing daily SLA performance reports
- Work closely with OEM partners to ensure the highest standards of service delivery
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to confidently respond to customer queries
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, contributing to a “One Team” approach
Prioritise workload, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently
Fleet Operations Coordinator-About You:
- Strong customer service skills with a relationship-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and administrative abilities
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude
Previous experience within the fleet or motor industry is advantageous but not essential.
