About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative legal team, where you will support and help manage residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. You’ll play a key role in ensuring matters progress efficiently while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment.
This is an office-based position, designed to provide close support, mentoring, and ongoing training to help you develop your skills and progress your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Managing multiple cases while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of client care
- Supporting fee earners with day-to-day case progression
- Communicating with clients and third parties in a professional manner
- Drafting documents and using case management systems effectively
About You
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience supporting residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Are working towards a Junior Conveyancer role or already in a similar position
- Possess strong organisational and communication skills
- Are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a busy workload
- Are confident using legal systems and digital tools
- Can work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable (not essential):
- Formal conveyancing qualifications (e.g. CLC, LPC, or equivalent)
- Experience handling client communications and preparing legal documents
