About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative legal team, where you will support and help manage residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. You’ll play a key role in ensuring matters progress efficiently while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment.

This is an office-based position, designed to provide close support, mentoring, and ongoing training to help you develop your skills and progress your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
  • Managing multiple cases while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of client care
  • Supporting fee earners with day-to-day case progression
  • Communicating with clients and third parties in a professional manner
  • Drafting documents and using case management systems effectively

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have experience supporting residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Are working towards a Junior Conveyancer role or already in a similar position
  • Possess strong organisational and communication skills
  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a busy workload
  • Are confident using legal systems and digital tools
  • Can work both independently and as part of a team

Desirable (not essential):

  • Formal conveyancing qualifications (e.g. CLC, LPC, or equivalent)
  • Experience handling client communications and preparing legal documents
