WearecurrentlyhiringforaPropertyAccountanttojoinapurposedriven,growingpropertymanagementbusinessinBirminghamCityCentre.Thisroleisanall-encompassingPropertyAccountantrolewhichwillallowthesuccessfulapplicanttohaveagoodworklifebalanceandaninterestingportfoliotomanage.WeareopentoalllevelsofClientAccountingexperiencefromjuniortosenior.
Ideallyyouwillhave;
- Relevantexperienceofclientaccountingwithinpropertymanagementincludingproducingtherelevantreportsforpropertyclients(income&expenditure,VATreporting,uploadingandcreationofbudgetsandcomparingtoactuals)
- Enjoyclientcontactandrelationshipbuilding
- Bedriventowanttogrowwiththeorganisationandworkforarewardingbusinessthatwillofferdevelopment/promotionlongerterm.
- Haveexperiencewithservicechargeyearreconciliation.(notrequiredbutnicetohave)
